Power to all racks in NIKHEF is now being restored one rack at a time. Ours has literally just come back online and peering and transit sessions are re-establishing.

We will treat this as at-risk for the next 2 hours in case of a re-occurence.

Our Amsterdam location, in NIKHEF, has gone dark. All power to the building has been lost and so our Netherlands peering and transit clients will be offline at this point. Clients not terminating in NIKHEF will have their traffic automatically routed via alternate paths.

Telecity have now confirmed they have replaced the power distribution unit feeding our rack under the floor. All equipment is back up and power has been stable for the last 10 minutes or so.

This will be, as always, carefully monitored and shoudl there be any change in status we will update you.

It has been determined that the TCRB supplied PDU is faulty and will be replaced within the next 10 minutes. We will be requesting information as to how this came about. We will also be today ordering a UPS for this rack given recent issues with power.

We seem to have lost power to all equipment located within TCRB Meridian Gate. We are currently investigating by using remote hands and have dispatched one of our own engineers.
